You may not modify, adapt, interfere with, hack, damage, copy or misuse MyUK, Mysatech systems or any connected platform.

You may not modify another website, platform or service in a way that falsely suggests it is connected to, endorsed by or associated with MyUK or Mysatech.

You may not create, upload, publish or send unwanted messages, emails, promotional content, automated messages or spam to MyUK, Mysatech or any of its users or members.

You may not transmit viruses, malware, worms, harmful code, automated scraping tools or any other destructive or disruptive technology.

You may not use MyUK to violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright laws, intellectual property laws, privacy laws, online safety laws, data protection laws or any other laws that apply in the United Kingdom or your own jurisdiction.

Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your MyUK account.

While MyUK and Mysatech prohibit harmful, unlawful, offensive or abusive content, you understand and agree that Mysatech cannot be held responsible for every item of content posted by users on the platform. You may be exposed to user-generated material that you find offensive, inaccurate or objectionable, and you use MyUK at your own risk.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the MyUK service, or any part of it, at any time and for any reason.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Use at any time. If we make a material change, we may notify users through the website, email or another reasonable form of communication. What qualifies as a material change will be determined by Mysatech in good faith and with reasonable judgement.

We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, suspend accounts or terminate accounts where we believe a user has violated these terms or acted in a way that may harm MyUK, Mysatech, other users, businesses or the wider community.

We may, but are not obligated to, review, moderate, remove or restrict content and accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, abusive, defamatory, misleading, obscene, hateful, harmful, unsafe, spam-related or otherwise objectionable.

We may also remove or restrict any content that violates another party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, legal rights or these Terms of Use.

MyUK may allow users to post, share or display images, text, links and other content hosted on MyUK across outside websites or platforms. This use is generally accepted and encouraged, provided that pages or platforms displaying MyUK-hosted content do not misrepresent ownership, mislead the public or falsely suggest official endorsement. Where reasonable, external use should include a link back to MyUK.

User Content and Responsibility

MyUK is built to help people connect, share, discover communities and grow businesses. To protect the platform and its users, all content must be shared responsibly.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, discriminatory, misleading, violent, invasive of privacy or designed to cause harm to others.

You agree not to impersonate another person, business, organisation, public figure or official body.

You agree not to upload or share content that you do not have the legal right to use.

You understand that content posted by users does not necessarily represent the views of MyUK, Mysatech, its directors, staff, partners or associated companies.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

We claim no ownership over the original material that you upload or provide to MyUK. Your profile content, images, text, business information and materials remain yours, provided that you have the legal right to use and share them.

By uploading or posting content to MyUK, you grant MyUK and Mysatech the necessary permission to display, host, store, reproduce and share that content within the normal operation of the platform and its connected services.

You may remove your profile or content at any time, subject to the platform’s account settings, moderation systems, backup processes and any legal or security requirements that may apply.

If you delete your account, MyUK will take reasonable steps to remove your profile and associated content from active display on the platform, although some technical, legal, backup or archived copies may remain for a limited period where required.

We encourage users to respect original work, creative ownership and fair use of content. Users should only upload material they own, created themselves or have permission to use.

Platform Safety

MyUK is committed to creating a safer and more positive online environment.

We may use moderation systems, reporting tools, account checks, safety reviews and other protective measures to help reduce abuse, spam, harmful content and unlawful activity.
